The Baltimore Police Department arrested 28-year-old Treymon Hughes-Boulware in connection to the Dec. 2 homicide of 49-year-old Anton Kancir.
According to a press release, Boulware was arrested on Dec. 8. He was charged with first-degree murder.
Kancir was killed on the 4000 block of Edmondson Avenue.
