On Nov. 19, the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) arrested Jermal Lundy, 24.
Lundy was charged with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting and killing Ira Truman Linton, Jr., 46, earlier that day in the 4200 block of Powell Avenue.
Responding officers pronounced Linton dead on scene.
