The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) arrested Nov. 19 of 24-year-old, Jermal Lundy.
He is charged with allegedly shooting 46-year-old Ira Linton earlier that day on the 4200 block of Powell Avenue.
Lundy is charged with first-degree murder.
According to a press release, officers discovered the victim, identified as Ira Linton, who was pronounced dead on scene.
