Officers from the Baltimore Police Department arrested a 19-year-old Nov. 11 for his alleged involvement in a non-fatal shooting.
According to a press release, Tylon Tates is being charged with attempted first-degree murder for allegedly shooting a 23-year-old man on the 3700 block of Harlem Avenue on Oct. 25.
Tates was arrested on the 700 block of Grantley Street.
