Police Arrest 15-Year-Old Suspect in Shooting that Killed One and Left Five Injured

On April 4, at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of the Southwest District Action Team, Baltimore Community Intelligence Center (BCIC) and the Baltimore City Helicopter Unit (Foxtrot) coordinated efforts to arrest a 15-year-old male in the 2800 block of Baker Street.

Investigators with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) believe that the 15-year-old male is responsible for shooting six victims on March 23, on the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue, one of whom is 33-year-old Ernest Hall, who died as a result of being shot.   

Detectives transported the suspect to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with first-degree murder, five counts of first-degree attempted murder and various handgun violations.
