A non-fatal shooting defendant received a plea offer on Sept. 16 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn

The 32-year-old Baltimore resident is charged with first and second-degree assault, firearm use in a violent crime, reckless endangerment, and discharging a firearm. He was charged in connection to an incident on June 18, 2020.

The defendant and his defense attorney, Adam Frank, have requested a postponement for him to decide whether he will accept or reject the plea. The defendant’s case was scheduled to return to reception court on Sept. 20.
