Penhurst Avenue Shooting Victim Uncooperative With Police

On Jan. 7, at approximately 12:57 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 3800 block of Penhurst Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 38-year-old male victim partially inside a vehicle, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was uncooperative and refused to provide the incident location. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
