Officers Locate Non-Fatal Shooting Victim after Motorist Flags Them Down

On June 16, at approximately 6:48 p.m., officers patrolling the 100 block of North Mount Street were flagged down by a motorist who advised that a passenger of his vehicle was shot. 

Officers then observed a 37-year-old male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is being treated for his injury. 

Western District shooting detectives with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded and assumed control over this investigation. 

Detectives are currently attempting to locate a crime scene.
