On June 2, the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) one-year-old Andre Jackson was located unresponsive in his home on Feb. 25, on the 7100 block of McClean Blvd.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he later died.
The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office where the death was ruled a homicide by intoxication on May 30.
Homicide detectives are investigating this incident.
