Officers Discover Non-Fatal Shooting Victim Following Crash on East Lorraine Avenue

On May 29, at approximately 2:32 a.m., Northern District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to the 400 block of East Lorraine Avenue, for a report of vehicle crash.

Once there, officers located an adult male pedestrian, suffering from a head injury. The pedestrian that stated he was struck by the vehicle that’s crashed within that block.

The driver of the crashed vehicle, an adult male emerged from the wreck and advised that he had been shot while in the 400 block of East Lorraine Avenue, by an unidentified suspect.

Medics transported both men to area hospitals for treatment.
