In reference to the shooting that occurred on Aug. 20, in the Northern District, detectives with the Baltimore Police Department have arrested 30-year-old Larry Winder, III.
Detectives learned that Winder shot a 24-year-old female victim while on the 4800 block of Beaufort Avenue.
On Aug. 29, detectives arrested Winder and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
On the day of the incident, at approximately 2:18 a.m., a 26-year-old female was in the area of the 4800 block of Beaufort Avenue when she believed she was struck in the head with a baseball bat.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment. Following tests by medical personnel, it was determined the victim had been shot.
