The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the afternoon of Feb. 18.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 5100 block of Queensberry Avenue for reports of a shooting, where 40-year-old Justin Bucalo was found suffering from gunshot wounds.
Medics pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
