On July 29, at approximately 12:12 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers were called to the 5200 block of Saint Charles Avenue, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located 34-year-old Carl Anthony suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
