The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the morning of Dec. 8.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 3400 block of Saint Ambrose Avenue at 9:02 a.m. for reports of an unresponsive man, where 32-year-old Rashard Hall was found suffering from a gunshot inside of a home.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
