On Aug. 6, at approximately 3:31 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of East 33rd Street to investigate a call for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers were advised that an unknown individual was shot and was transported to an area hospital.
Officers arrived at an area hospital and observed a 29-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest, leg, and stomach. The victim died from his injuries later that day.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident had occurred on the 500 block of Gorsuch Avenue.
Northern District shooting detectives with the Baltimore Police Department responded and assumed control over this investigation.
