In regards to the shooting that occurred on the 2500 block of Greenmount Avenue on Sept. 27 that left a 49-year-old male critically injured, Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested 25-year-old Nasya Duvall of Baltimore.
Through the course of the investigation, Northern District detectives were able to obtain surveillance footage of the shooting. With the surveillance evidence, district detectives along with Northern District Action Team officers, were able to positively identify the shooter as Duvall, due to previous arrests.
On Sept. 30, a warrant was approved and obtained for Duvall’s arrest, and on Oct. 1, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Duvall at a residence on the 1700 block of Cliftview Avenue without incident.
Duvall was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
Duvall is currently being held without bail.
