Northeast District Officers Seek Answers in Non-Fatal Shooting investigation

On Aug. 31, at approximately 6:46 a.m., Northeast District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 42-year-old male suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Investigators learned that the victim was walking in the area of Loch Raven Boulevard at East Northern Parkway, when he was shot by an unidentified suspect.
