A 21-year-old was injured in a shooting on Oct. 1 but refused to cooperate with the Baltimore Police Department.

Officers were called to a hospital around 11 p.m. for a report of a walk-in shooting victim and found a man with an apparent gunshot wound, a news release states.

When investigators asked for more details, the victim was uncooperative and refused to tell police where the shooting occurred.
