Non-Fatal Shooting Reported in Western District

On Feb. 22, at approximately 8:53 p.m., Western District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were dispatched to the intersection of West North Avenue and North Fulton Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon canvassing the 1700 block of West North Avenue, officers located a 25-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his neck. The victim was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where his condition is unknown.

Western District detectives have assumed control over the incident.
