On July 21, at approximately 11:38 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department responded to the 1200 block of East Lafayette Avenue, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 29-year-old male suffering from a graze wound to the upper body.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
