On July 19, at approximately 3:35 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 26-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the lower body.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
