A 37-year-old man charged in connection to a non-fatal shooting accepted a plea offer of time served on Nov. 30.
Baltimore resident Damon Ruffin agreed to the prosecution’s plea of three years, suspending all but time served, and three years of supervised probation, including one year on home confinement, for having a handgun in a vehicle. Ruffin must also register as a gun offender.
The defendant served seven months in prison for the incident that occurred on April 7.
