A Baltimore man accepted a plea offer for a loaded handgun charge in reception court on Sept. 22 at Baltimore City Circuit Court.
The 29-year-old defendant accepted a plea offer of three years, suspending all but time served, for having a loaded handgun on his person. The offer also included 18 years of supervised probation, and he must register as a gun offender.
The defendant was represented by Jerry Tarud.
In addition, he was originally charged in connection to an incident on Jan. 9 with having a handgun on his person and discharging firearms.
