A 32-year-old Baltimore man involved in a non-fatal shooting accepted a plea of five years in prison on Aug. 31 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
The defendant is charged with possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, two counts of illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun on his person, firing a gun within Baltimore city, and illegal possession of ammo in connection to an incident on June 7, 2020.
Defense attorney Andrea Jaskulsky represents the defendant.
