Non-Fatal Shooter Agrees to Plea, Will Be Sentenced in October

A 33-year-old non-fatal shooting defendant will return to Baltimore City Circuit Court for sentencing in October after agreeing to plead guilty to a weapons charge on Aug. 30.

Defense attorney Warren Brown told Baltimore Witness on Tuesday that his client, Terrence Darcel Marrow, agreed to plead guilty to possession of a handgun in connection to a shooting on March 21.

The defendant was previously charged with having a handgun on his person, having a loaded handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, having a loaded handgun in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm in Baltimore City.

The defendant was released on $100,000 bail in April and is scheduled to return to court on Oct. 6.
