Counsel in a murder case converged on Nov. 29 for a pretrial conference before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Defense counsel Brandon Mead, representing Preston Feaster, reported that he had received all of the discovery in the case against his client.
The prosecution did not have an offer for the defendant during Tuesday’s hearing. She informed the judge that only a few statements were left to analyze.
Judge Phinn scheduled their next appearance before her to be Jan. 10, 2023.
Feaster is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm in a felony violent crime, four counts of illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun on his person, and possession of a rifle or shotgun with a mental disorder in connection with an incident on June 2.
