On Feb. 14, Harry Wallace appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Yolanda A. Tanner for sentencing but last step in the case was postponed.
Previous reporting indicates on Oct. 28, 2021, Wallace was charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection to the fatal shooting of 51-year-old Stacy Hill on the 200 block of South Bouldin Street. Wallace pleaded guilty in November 2023.
Wallace, 57, must wait longer for sentencing because the pre-sentence report did not return from the Office of Parole and Probation in time. Wallace, as well as his attorney, Josh Insley, asked Judge Tanner for the sentencing to be pushed back so the pre-sentence findings could be presented.
The new tentative date for Wallace’s sentencing is set for May 10.
