A Baltimore man charged with manslaughter accepted April 7 a plea of 7 years that was initially offered to him in August 2021.
Mark Harris ,60, is charged with manslaughter in connection to an incident on Sept. 14, 2019.
Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Lynn S. Mays listened as the prosecutor presented a plea of 10 years, suspending all but 7 years, with five years of supervised probation for manslaughter.
Harris and his defense attorney, Judit Otvos, accepted the plea.
