Man Shot on Monday Succumbs to Injuries 3 Days Later

The Baltimore Police Department notified the public July 16 that a shooting that took place four days before is now being considered a homicide. 

According to a press release, a 23-year-old man succumbed to his injuries on July 15. The victim was left in critical condition after being shot on the 4100 block of Patterson Avenue.

As of Friday, there have been 187 homicides in Baltimore in 2021.
