The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting on Dec. 21 on Brentwood Avenue.
Just before noon on Tuesday, officers were called to the 2400 block of Brentwood Avenue in response to a shooting, a news release states, and found 21 year-old Raheem Smith with a gunshot wound.
Medics arrived and took Smith to a hospital where he later died.
