The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Western District.
On Jan. 10, at approximately 5:48 p.m., Western District officers responded to the 1800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
Officers located a 28-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the back. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Western District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
