A 23-year-old man was shot on Oct. 24 after getting into an argument with someone at a bar in Baltimore County.
The Baltimore Police Department reported that around 3:15 a.m. on Sunday, police were called to a hospital where the victim went to treat a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his left forearm.
According to the victim, he was arguing with someone at a bar in Baltimore County and then left, noticing a vehicle following him from behind. The victim then turned onto the 2600 block of Wilkens Avenue when the vehicle pulled along side him and a gun was fired.
