The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal stabbing on Dec. 13 along Norfolk Avenue.
Shortly after 5 p.m. on Monday, police were called to the 3900 block of Norfolk Avenue and found a man, later identified as 67-year-old David Harcum, lying on the sidewalk. Medics arrived to treat Harcum who had multiple stab wounds but soon pronounced him dead at the scene.
