The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the arrest of Scott Barnett in connection with a homicide case.
On Jan. 12, at approximately 6:18 p.m., 45-year-old Scott Barnett entered the front lobby of the Southeast District police station to speak with detectives about a murder.
Detectives escorted Barnett into an interview room, where he confessed to his involvement in the fatal stabbing of 41-year-old Terrill Lehman and 46-year-old Charles Webster.
The incident occurred at a home in the 1600 block of Ralworth Road, sometime between late November and early December 2014.
Officers transported Barnett to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with multiple counts of first- and second-degree murder and is currently being held without bail.
Investigators have not recovered the victims’ remains.
