A 36-year-old attempted murder defendant had his trial date set before Baltimore Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn in reception court on Sept. 29.
Roderick Johnson is charged with first and second-degree attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, use of a firearm during a felony violent crime, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, and reckless endangerment in connection to an incident on Nov. 4 in SW Baltimore.
According to Fox 45 News, US Marshals Service investigators said Johnson allegedly got into an argument with his girlfriend and shot her multiple times.
Johnson’s trial is scheduled for March 20, 2023, with Judge Yvette Bryant presiding.
