On June 22, a prosecutor entered a nolle pros on a 37-year-old Baltimore woman’s non-fatal shooting case before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Kyrystyna Kelly is charged with first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, use of a deadly weapon with the intent to injure, use of a firearm during a violent crime, discharging a firearm, and possession of a long barrel firearm in connection to an incident on June 29, 2020.
The prosecutor said the victim could not be reached during the investigation despite several attempts.
Kelly was represented by defense attorney Marci Johnson.
