A judge set a court date for an attempted murder defendant in Baltimore City Circuit Court.

Ethan King, 19, is charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, firearm use in a felony violent crime, use of an assault weapon or magazine, firearm possession with a felony conviction, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault for an incident on Feb. 6.

On July 30, Judge Melissa K. Copeland ordered King’s three-day trial to begin on Sept. 30 in front of Judge Jeffrey M. Geller.

The prosecution did not have a plea offer for King since his attorney only entered his appearance Monday. King was represented by Jason Rodriguez.
