Baltimore resident Jordan Brice, 22, pleaded guilty to firearms charges on Monday in connection to a non-fatal shooting in Baltimore last year.

Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Barry Williams oversaw plea agreements in reception court for non-incarcerated defendants on June 14, many of which involved firearm-related crimes.

According to the prosecution, two gunmen allegedly shot Brice on Feb. 28, 2020, near Bel Air Road. Brice then returned fire before his handgun jammed.

Brice pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a firearm as a minor for a sentence of five years, suspending all but time served, and three years probation, as well as one count of carrying a handgun for three years, which will run concurrently.

The prosecution requested that Brice also have no involvement with dirt bikes and register as a gun offender to which Judge Williams agreed.
