Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland pushed back a 22-year-old homicide defendant’s pre-trial hearing to consider his legal options. The hearing was initially scheduled to take place on Jan. 24.
Dale Haddix is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm in a felony or violent crime, possessing a firearm after being convicted of a crime of violence and having a loaded handgun on his person.
Judge Copeland rescheduled the pre-trial conference for April 25 to discuss a plea deal or set a trial date.
