On Dec. 3, Baltimore City Circuit Judge Melissa K. Copeland postponed a hearing for a 31-year-old homicide defendant until Feb. 7, 2025.
Uriah Cunningham is charged with first-degree murder, firearm use in a felony or violent crime, illegal possession of a firearm, having a loaded handgun in a vehicle, and having a loaded handgun on his person.
Neither the prosecution nor defense attorney was present at reception court for the proceeding.
The upcoming hearing is scheduled as a pre-trial conference. Defense attorney Staci Pipkin will represent Cunningham and Judge Copeland will preside over the hearing at the reception court.
