The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southwest District.
On Feb. 24, at approximately 8:36 p.m., Southwest District officers were dispatched to the 4000 block of Frederick Avenue for a reported shooting.
Officers arrived at the location and observed an unidentified male suffering from a gunshot wound to the body. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
Southwest District detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
