Investigation Underway into East 23rd Street Double-Shooting

On July 21, at approximately 1:03 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department responded to the 400 block of East 23rd Street, in reference to a ShotSpotter alert.

Once there, officers located a 64-year-old male and a 25-year-old male, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics responded to the location and transported the victims to area hospitals where they are listed in stable condition.
