A 36-year-old man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a 31-year-old man and the murder of a 30-year-old woman on April 15.  The Baltimore Police Department have reported the arrest of Joel Ugah, 36, a repeat offender exactly three in half weeks after the incident on the 800 block of Gretna Court around 6:19 a.m., where a 31-year-old man sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound and 30-year-old Brittany Keyser died from her injuries at the scene.  Detectives examined physical evidence and spoke to potential witnesses and were ultimately able to identify the suspect.
