On Feb. 14, at approximately 2:15 a.m., Baltimore Police Department (BPD) officers responded to the 2400 block of Sinclair Lane for a report of a crash with injury.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a single vehicle crashed and caught fire. Two female occupants escaped the vehicle and were transported to an area hospital for treatment. The driver, an unknown male, was pronounced deceased on scene.
BPD crash team investigators responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
