A homicide defendant was not heard during mental health court as scheduled on Oct. 27.

Cristino Flores-Perez, 28, is charged with first-degree murder and use of a deadly weapon with intent to injure for the Sept. 15, 2019, murder of Jesse Perez. Perez was fatally stabbed around 2:30 a.m. on the 100 block of Rochester Place.

The Maryland Judiciary website states that Flores-Perez is scheduled for a hearing on Nov. 17.
