The case of a homicide defendant was not called during reception court on Feb. 11 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.
Harrison Barnes, 36 is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm during a violent crime, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, having a handgun in a vehicle, and having a handgun on his person in connection to an incident on Nov. 6, 2021.
Barnes was represented by defense attorney Arthur McGreevy.
According to Maryland’s Judiciary website, Barnes’ next hearing is scheduled for April 18.
