A homicide defendant accepted a plea offer of five years on April 7 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Dominick Holman, 23, is charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder, two counts of second-degree attempted murder, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of use of a firearm in a violent crime, five counts of reckless endangerment, having a handgun on his person, and discharging firearms in connection to an incident on May 13, 2021.
Judge Phinn listened as the prosecutor presented a plea of five years for four counts of reckless endangerment and three years for having a handgun on his person, all to run concurrently.
Holman is represented by defense attorneys Robert Smith and Karyn Meriwether.
