Two homicide co-defendants had their trial postponed due to the prosecutor needing more evidence on Aug. 29 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Darell Parker and William Holloman, both ages 17, are charged as adults with two counts of first-degree murder and use of a firearm during a felony violent crime in connection to an incident on July 1, 2021.
Parker, in addition, is charged with possession of a firearm as a minor.
The prosecutor informed the court that the trial was scheduled; however, they requested a postponement due to needing more evidence.
Parker and Holloman’s defense attorneys, Jennifer Davis and Catherine Flynn, contested the request.
The co-defendants’ trial is scheduled for Dec. 9 with Judge Jennifer B. Schiffer presiding.
