The case of a Baltimore man charged with numerous crimes was not called in Baltimore City Circuit Court before Judge Melissa M. Phinn on Sept. 20, despite being scheduled on the docket.
Christopher Ross, 44, is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, use of a firearm in a violent crime, having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, and possession of firearm with a felony conviction.
He was charged in connection to an incident on April 22, 2020.
Ross’ next appearance is scheduled for court on Feb. 8, 2022.
