A Baltimore man accused of first-degree murder did not have his case called on March 23 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Gale E. Rasin during mental health court.
Andrew Richardson, 48, is charged with first-degree murder in connection to an incident on July 28, 2016.
Richardson is represented by defense attorney Gregory Fischer.
According to Maryland’s Judiciary website, Richardson’s next hearing is scheduled for April 6.
