Hearing to Schedule Homicide Defendant’s Trial Date Postponed

A murder defendant had his hearing to schedule the beginning of his trial postponed a day on Sept. 29 before Baltimore Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.

Anton Harris, 34, is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm during a felony violent crime, and two counts of possession of a firearm with a felony conviction in connection to an incident on May 4.

According to a news release, Harris, 34, was arrested on the 500 block of North Pulaski in connection with the shooting death of Keith Johnson, 34.

Harris is scheduled to appear before Judge Phinn on Sept. 30 to schedule a new trial date.
